How do I obtain a parts breakdown or exploded view for my machine?
Please refer to the literature section or contact our technical support team via phone, fax, or e-mail.
How can I get service for my machine?
Please contact our technical support team with the machine's serial number to verify the warranty status and set up a service call. If you know your machine is no longer under warranty, you can refer to our U.S. service center list for the company nearest you or contact your local distributor outside of the United States.

My order was short shipped. What should I do?
File a freight claim with the carrier
Contact Customer Service with the sales order or purchase order number to initiate an investigation at Grindmaster. If determined that the shortage was a Grindmaster error, you may request one of the following:
- Cancel the short shipped item in receipt of a credit; or
- Shipment of short shipped items - a new order will be entered for the item, credit will be applied to the original invoice and a second invoice will be received.
